Yes. The grading scale (A to F with remarks) is a setting, not code. Change it any time, and past reports keep the scale that was active when they were approved.
Only the subjects and classes assigned to them for the current term. They enter scores, submit, and see the approval status. Nothing else in the school.
The school decides which term and class results are visible, then shares them. Parents log in with their own account and see report cards for their linked child only.
Every table is protected by Row Level Security at the database. A request can only ever read rows belonging to your school, or to the specific student account you hold.
